    Just to let you know that ur staffs at the Dengkil R&R outlet need so education in customer service. I just wanted my waffle that I bought for my 2 kids to be seperated into 2 paper bags and he said NO! He told me its counted as COST and it is expensive! WTF!!! I’m in F&B too and I know the cost for ONE PAPERBAG is VERY CHEAP!!! He didn’t accept my request although reason was explained… And the rest was smirking looking at me?!
    Pls do changing behaviour feedbacks with that particular staffs of urs or else, that outlet of urs will Gulung Tikar…
