Established in 1986, Time Galerie was awarded the largest timepiece retail chain in Malaysia by the Malaysian Book of Records. As of Q2 2017, our retail network supported by 73 branches nationwide.

With the deep knowledge of geographical and demographical in Malaysia, Time Galerie continuously expands and innovates by the lead of 5 concept-stores namely Time Galerie, 60 Minutes, Edessa, G-Factory and Casio Corner, all of which are designed to provide a unique shopping experience.

We work closely with renowned partners and authorised distributors to provide best value to our customers. A pleasure shopping experience is always one of Time Galerie priorities, and our practiced watch technicians are based in headquarter Service Centre to backup required services.

Nature of business

TG outlets have three business models:

Royale Time (In-house Label)
• This outlet currently operates at Dataran
Pahlawan Melaka. It focuses on upmarket
brands such as DKNY and Emporio Armani.

Standalone Store
• These TG outlets are located in shopping
centres as an independently owned lot.

Concessionaire Counters
• Generally housed in supermarkets and
department stores, counters operate as part of
them; this includes participation in promotions
and other events.

Why franchise with TG? First off, franchisees get to use the TG trade name, as well as enjoy the strong management and operations system. TG’s nationwide advertising and promotional activities are participated by all franchisees and planned out by TG’s very own marketing team.

Potential franchisees will be evaluated for suitability by the TG Franchise Manager. Site location advice will be provided to help maximize profitability potential.

The next step is for the signing of the franchise agreement, after which training will start immediately.  The one-week centralized training is held at TG’s Head Office in Kuala Lumpur. After that, franchisees are also given job training, which will provide them with the necessary exposure to run the business effectively.
